Service Description

Level 2 is where you begin to see substantial progress and results. We focus on utilizing grip points on the pole, how to transition between moves, mobility, and overcoming physical boundaries with the pole. Conditioning is slightly more advanced than Level 1, incorporating bodyweight training exercises and plyometrics to increase strength, and stamina with pole. To progress to Level 3, you must be able to- Achieve 3 solid pole climbs from X-Grip Position. Demonstrate the proper use of transitions between pole moves. Demonstrate knowledge of grip points and how to maneuver with them. Must complete pole sequence ending in one-legged inverted crucifix.
