6 Week - Intro to Pole Fitness Course "The Push/Pull Method"
Service Description
Elevate Pole Fitness provides Personalized Pole Fitness/Dance Training in a Small, All-Inclusive Setting. Level 1 - Introduces the Root Foundations of Pole Fitness. Each Level Includes 6 Hours of Combined Pole Training. Level 1 - The Basic Pole Seats, Hooks, Spins, & Basic Pole Grips. Each Individual Session is Compiled of 3 Parts. The First 20-25 Minutes of Session are Specifically for Stretching and Targeted Muscle Training Exercises to Build the Required Strength for Pole. The Next 20 Minutes of Session - New Pole Moves/Poses are Introduced- Following Transitions to Maneuver Between Them. The last 10 Minutes of Session are for your Personal Use. Practice - Record Your Progress - Cool Down At the End of Level 1, We showcase our skill through a Choreography Routine. To progress to Level 2- Perform 2 Solid Pole Climbs Up from X-Grip Position. Demonstrate Basic Hook Spins- Front, Back, Side. Demonstrate Knowledge and Use of Basic Pole Grips. Demonstrate Knowledge of Around the Pole Techniques. Perform End of Course Choreography with Less Than 3 Mistakes. -LEVEL 1- "The Push/Pull Method"
